Frequently asked questions

Can I get IDNet at my address?

Enter your postcode on IDNet's website. Availability and speeds vary street by street.

How do I switch to IDNet?

For most switches between providers you just sign up with IDNet and it arranges the move under Ofcom's One Touch Switch process. Check any exit fees with your current provider first.

Will IDNet put up my price?

Ofcom rules mean any mid-contract price rises must be shown in pounds and pence when you sign up. Check the contract summary before you agree.
