VOXI mobile network: coverage, customer service and complaints
Last updated: 22 October 2026

VOXI is Vodafone's app-led SIM only brand and runs on Vodafone's network.
VOXI at a glance
- Type: Virtual network using Vodafone
- Owned by: Vodafone
- What it sells: 30-day rolling SIM only plans and a phone offer via its app.
VOXI plans include 'endless' social media data that doesn't count towards your allowance.
VOXI coverage
VOXI doesn't own masts — it uses Vodafone's network. Wherever Vodafone has signal, VOXI customers should too. Coverage varies street by street and indoors, so check your home and work postcodes on Ofcom's coverage checker before you buy.
Customer feedback: official complaint figures
Ofcom only publishes complaint figures for providers with more than 1.5% of the pay-monthly mobile market, and VOXI is not currently listed. That says nothing good or bad about its service — it simply means the official figures don't cover it. Read reviews from CompareDirect members or check independent review sites before you switch.
Contact VOXI customer service
- Help and chat: help.voxi.co.uk
These are the contact routes VOXI publishes. Numbers starting 03 cost the same as a normal landline call and are usually included in phone plan minutes; 0800 and 0808 numbers are free. Check VOXI's website for opening hours.
Complaining about VOXI
Complain to VOXI first. If it isn't resolved after eight weeks, or you get a 'deadlock letter', you can take it free of charge to the independent ombudsman scheme VOXI belongs to. Ofcom explains the process on its how to complain page.
