Lycamobile mobile network: coverage, customer service and complaints
Last updated: 22 October 2026

Lycamobile runs on EE's network in the UK and focuses on low-cost plans with international calling.
Lycamobile at a glance
- Type: Virtual network using EE
- Owned by: Lyca Group
- What it sells: 30-day and 12-month SIM only plans with international minutes, and pay-as-you-go.
Lycamobile is popular for cheap calls abroad.
Lycamobile coverage
Lycamobile doesn't own masts — it uses EE's network. Wherever EE has signal, Lycamobile customers should too. Coverage varies street by street and indoors, so check your home and work postcodes on Ofcom's coverage checker before you buy.
Customer feedback: official complaint figures
Ofcom only publishes complaint figures for providers with more than 1.5% of the pay-monthly mobile market, and Lycamobile is not currently listed. That says nothing good or bad about its service — it simply means the official figures don't cover it. Read reviews from CompareDirect members or check independent review sites before you switch.
Contact Lycamobile customer service
- Customer service: 020 7132 0322
- Help: www.lycamobile.co.uk/en/help/
These are the contact routes Lycamobile publishes. Numbers starting 03 cost the same as a normal landline call and are usually included in phone plan minutes; 0800 and 0808 numbers are free. Check Lycamobile's website for opening hours.
Complaining about Lycamobile
Complain to Lycamobile first. If it isn't resolved after eight weeks, or you get a 'deadlock letter', you can take it free of charge to the independent ombudsman scheme Lycamobile belongs to. Ofcom explains the process on its how to complain page.
