iD Mobile is owned by Currys and runs on Three's network.

iD Mobile at a glance

  • Type: Virtual network using Three
  • Owned by: Currys
  • What it sells: SIM only plans on 1-month to 24-month terms, phone contracts and refurbished phones.

iD Mobile offers data rollover and lets you set a spend cap so your bill can't go over a fixed amount.

iD Mobile coverage

iD Mobile doesn't own masts — it uses Three's network. Wherever Three has signal, iD Mobile customers should too. Coverage varies street by street and indoors, so check your home and work postcodes on Ofcom's coverage checker before you buy.

Contact iD Mobile customer service

These are the contact routes iD Mobile publishes. Numbers starting 03 cost the same as a normal landline call and are usually included in phone plan minutes; 0800 and 0808 numbers are free. Check iD Mobile's website for opening hours.

Complaining about iD Mobile

Complain to iD Mobile first. If it isn't resolved after eight weeks, or you get a 'deadlock letter', you can take it free of charge to the independent ombudsman scheme iD Mobile belongs to. Ofcom explains the process on its how to complain page.
